How can I download my patterns?
You can download them by returning to the shop after the payment is processed, through the link emailed to you by Cloudsfactory (if you can't find it, please check your spam folder), or at any time through your "Account" page that you can find at the very top of each page and click on "My downloadable products" on the left menu.
Please remember that if you paid with an e-check, your pattern will be available after your payment confirmation by Paypal.
Step 1: click on Account on the top menu
Step 2: login, then click on "My downloadable products" in the left menu
Step 2: click on the download icon. If you find a different icon, Paypal is probably still processing your payment.
